All ticket purchases are eligible for a full refund within 24 hours of the original purchase time. After this period, tickets become non-refundable.

If you wish to request a name change or transfer your ticket to a different date, you must submit your request at least 5 days prior to the official start of the event.

All change requests must be sent via email to athensbachatacongress@gmail.com, including your booking details and the requested modification.

Please note that requests submitted after the above deadlines cannot be guaranteed and may not be accepted.
